Jay Williams has worked in the IT industry since 1991.  He has sold, installed, modified and serviced accounting and data gathering software.  He has also built, sold and repaired all kinds of PC hardware, including loading and configuring the operating systems for use in various businesses.

Additionally, he has installed and configured windows based networks and domains, as well as setting up VPNs and Remote Desktop Connection for offsite access to enterprise software.

He has worked as the IT Manager with KD Enterprises for over 10 years, managing the company’s computers, printer needs, and networking, as well as helping develop its web presence.

Carol Hickson has worked for KD Enterprises Co since 1990.  Carol had extensive experience in customer service before becoming a team member working in retail sales. She plays an important role in assisting me in the day-to-day operation of the business.

Carol takes care of answering the phones, account services, data entry, banking, running errands and customer service.  She is a tremendous asset and team player to KD Enterprises and adds a special sparkle to the office each day with her winning attitude and sunny disposition.

Audrey Tyson joined the KD Enterprises team in 2008. Audrey had a comprehensive background in the insurance industry for over 20 years.

She is responsible for handling payments, processing insurance claims, schedules appointments, manages on-line research, auditing bank and credit cards statements, follows up and trouble-shoots client accounts.  She creates value on our team by her willingness to problem solve with a calm demeanor.
