Dynamic award-winning career as a working administrator recognized for developing and managing innovative, cost-effective programs and events.
Notable track record in both start-up and turnaround operations. Served as the Executive Director of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter in Los Angeles from 1989-2000. Credited with tripling membership within 3 years and successfully revitalizing a small struggling Chapter to one of the largest, fasting growing among 56 chapters nationally. Chapter received national recognition in the areas of membership, educational programs, social events, public affairs and leadership, winning Chapter of the Year award in 1992.
Singled out by Community Associations Institute (CAI), a national non-profit association representing America’s 205,000 community associations, as Executive Director of the Year for outstanding commitment to excellence, professionalism and service in 1992.
First of only two Executive Directors to date to be inducted into the CAI Executive Director Hall of Fame, which honors Executive Directors who consistently achieve a high level of performance, 1994.
Named to CAI national task force, responsible for assessing operations and recommending corrective action to improve the productivity of underperforming chapters nationwide. Efforts resulted in several chapters winning national awards.
