Key Accomplishments:

Hired to troubleshoot under-achieving Chapter and successfully resuscitated operations to become of the largest and most productive in the nation, with 33 educational programs and social events annually.

Chapter achieved highest publication and book sales for 10 consecutive years among 56 chapters nationally.

Gained recognition as an industry expert, frequently interviewed and quoted by newspapers, such as Daily Breeze, Daily News, Los Angeles Herald Examiner, Los Angeles Times, and Press-Enterprise; guest on KIEV Radio talk show, “Construction Affairs”.

Initiated the Adopt-A-Library program, donating a collection of books and publications to local Los Angeles libraries, which provided a flow of information and raised public awareness about the Community Associations Industry.

Co-founded non-profit The American Child Foundation, utilizing photography as a tool to provide underprivileged children with an appreciation for, and knowledge about, the photographic arts.  Developed a scholarship program and teaching position for Ms. Taylor and Para Los Ninos Day Care Center in Skid Row.  Secured corporate sponsorships from Kodak, Nikon, Coca-Cola, Guess? Jeans and others.  The program was endorsed by Los Angeles Mayor Tom Bradley and featured photography by Jana Taylor and the children in the day care program.
